Acceptance

By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.

Account and Access

A single sign-up process grants access to the AI Designer and API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may design, test, publish, and run applications in accordance with the platform rules. Public applications are made available license-free with revenue sharing; private applications remain proprietary. You may not use the services for unlawful purposes or in ways that compromise system integrity.

Intellectual Property

Gestalt Symbolic AI technology and the platform remain the property of Seraphim Nexus and its licensors. You retain rights to your original application designs subject to the publishing and revenue-share terms.

Billing

Subscriptions and usage fees are charged as described on the Pricing page. Volume discounts are applied automatically.

Limitation of Liability

The services are provided “as is.” Seraphim Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Seraphim Nexus, LLC.
